Use the Panel list

Overview

Use the Panel list to find and open alarm panels linked to your ConnectAlarm account. You can also add a panel or switch to edit mode to rename, pin, unpin, or remove a panel.

Always verify the panel name or alias before you open it, especially when you manage multiple panels.

Before you begin

  • ConnectAlarm is installed on your mobile device.
  • You can sign in to your ConnectAlarm account.
  • Your mobile device has internet access.
  • You have your own user code for each panel that you need to open.

Panel availability and actions depend on your account and panel permissions. To add a panel, you need the server or host address and the panel ID or serial number supplied by your installer or dealer.

Repeated incorrect user codes can temporarily lock access

If you enter an incorrect user code three times when you open panel control, access can be locked for 5 minutes.

Screen layout

The Panel list has a standard view and an edit mode. The standard view lets you find, open, and add panels. Edit mode lets you manage panels that are already linked to your account.
