Logging in
Overview
This page explains how to sign in to the ConnectAlarm mobile application using an existing account. After logging in, users can monitor alarm status, arm or disarm the system, receive notifications, and control supported devices connected to the alarm panel.

Before you begin
Before signing in to the ConnectAlarm application, ensure the following requirements are met.
Requirements
- ConnectAlarm installed on the device
- Stable internet connection
- Valid ConnectAlarm account credentials

- Server address
- Email address
- Password

Server address details usually provided by the dealer, installer or monitoring provider.
Limitations

- Login may be restricted after multiple failed attempts.
- Some authentication features may depend on PowerManage settings.
- Older application versions may not support be supported by newer PowerManage versions.
How to use this page
Log in to ConnectAlarm
- Open the ConnectAlarm application.
- Enter the Server address provided by your dealer, installer or monitoring provider.
- Tap OK.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Enter your password.
- Optional: Enable Keep Me Logged In.
- Tap Login.
Tips
tip
- Save the Server address and Panel ID in a secure location for future setup.
- Use a strong password with mixed characters and symbols.
- Enable Keep Me Logged In only on trusted personal devices.
- Verify that the mobile device has internet connectivity before troubleshooting login issues.
- Allow notification permissions during first launch to receive system/panel notifications.
Troubleshooting

| Server is unreachable | Wrong Server Address or no internet | Verify server details and network connectivity |
| E-mail or password is incorrect | Incorrect email or password | Re-enter credentials carefully or reset password |
| Account suspended message | You have reached the limit of failed login attempts | Wait for the timer, then try again. Enter your credentials carefully or restore them |
| Session expired | Security timeout | Log in again |
| Application is outdated | Current application is too old to work properly with current PowerManage server | Update your application to the latest available version |
| Interactive is disabled | User lacks permission to use ConnectAlarm | Contact your dealer, installer or monitoring provider to review your permissions on PowerManage |
| Interactive is disabled by billing | Your panel lacks an active billing plan | Contact your dealer, installer or monitoring provider to request a new billing plan for your panel |
