Important update: Migrating to ConnectAlarm
Visonic Go, BW app and DSC Wireless will soon reach its end of life and will no longer receive updates or technical support. To ensure you stay connected to your security system without interruption, please migrate to ConnectAlarm.

ConnectAlarm is our new unified app designed to provide the same reliable features you use today, with improved stability and future updates.
Migration checklist
Before installing ConnectAlarm, make sure you have:
- Your current app installed and accessible.
- The server address used by your current app.
- Your email.
- Your password.
- Internet access on your mobile device.
- Access to the app store.
How to find your server address
The server address is required to connect ConnectAlarm to the same environment used by your current app.
Before migration:
- Open your current app.
- Log out from your account.
- Observe the Server address used by your account.
- Write down or copy the Server address.
- Keep the current app installed until you confirm that ConnectAlarm works.
How to migrate
Step 1: Install ConnectAlarm
- Install ConnectAlarm on iPhone or iPad
- Install ConnectAlarm on Android devices
- Open the App Store.
- Search for “ConnectAlarm” or follow this direct link.
- Verify the official publisher name.
- Tap Get.
- Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password if prompted.
- Wait for installation to complete.
- Tap Open.
- Open Google Play Store.
- Search for “ConnectAlarm” or follow this direct link.
- Verify the official publisher information.
- Tap Install.
- Wait for the application download and installation to finish.
- Tap Open.
Step 2: Sign in with your existing details
- On the ConnectAlarm sign-in screen, enter the same Server address used by your current app.
- Enter your existing email.
- Enter your existing password.
- Select the sign-in action.
Step 3: Confirm your panel appears
- Confirm that your expected security panel appears.
- Select the panel. 3.. Confirm that the dashboard opens.
- Review key areas, such as:
- Dashboard
- Devices
- Events
- Cameras, if configured
- Home Automation, if used
Step 4: Allow notifications
- When ConnectAlarm asks for notification permission, allow notifications.
- Open Notifications.
- Review the PUSH and EMAIL tabs.
- Confirm that required categories are enabled.
- Review mobile device notification settings if notifications do not appear.
Notification permission is app-specific. If notifications were enabled in your old app, you still need to allow notifications for ConnectAlarm.
Step 5: Review app settings
After signing in, review local settings in ConnectAlarm.
- Open Application Settings.
- Review:
- Language
- Theme
- Use FaceId/TouchId
- Fast Login
- Geofences
- Panic mode
- Temperature scale
- Update settings as needed.
Step 6: Keep or remove the old app
After confirming that ConnectAlarm works:
- Confirm that your panel appears in ConnectAlarm.
- Confirm that you can access the features you need.
- Confirm that notifications are enabled.
- Uninstall the old app only when you no longer need it.
Do not uninstall the old app until ConnectAlarm sign-in and panel access are confirmed.
