Overview

The Equipment hub overview page shows details and actions for one selected security panel. The page opens when you select a panel card or panel row in the equipment grid on the Equipment page. The hub opens on the Dashboard tab by default.

Use this page to:

  • Review the selected panel identity, state, troubles, and event status.
  • Change the arm state for one or more partitions.
  • Start an emergency operation for selected partitions.
  • Enable or disable working keys.
  • Add remarks and review panel logs.
  • Open panel-level actions, such as refresh, diagnostics, schedule, service, suspension, app access toggles, and delete.
  • Move between hub tabs for devices, configuration, users, installers, calendar, and other panel information.

This page helps operators work with one panel without returning to the equipment grid for every action.

Important limitations

warning
  • Emergency operations can notify the central monitoring station, activate the siren, and affect the current system state. Use them only when immediate attention is required.
  • The Confirm button in the emergency dialog stays disabled until all required values are selected.
  • If troubled devices prevent arming, the state control window can show those devices and a bypass option. Bypassing devices can reduce protection for the selected partition.
