Interactive session
The Interactive session settings page is used to configure concurrent interactive connection limits and app or service access for new incoming panels.
Before you begin​
Required permissions​
- You must have permission to edit settings to change values on this page.

Access to Interactive session settings is controlled by role permissions for Settings management.
Preconditions​
- The Settings section must be available to your role.
- Values must be valid before changes can be saved.
Dependencies​
- Session limits affect interactive app and panel connections.
- App and service toggles affect new incoming panels.

How to use this page​
Review settings​
Goal:
- Review current Interactive session values.
Steps:
- Open Settings.
- Select or scroll to Interactive session.
- Review the values shown on the settings card.
Expected result:
- Current settings are visible.
Edit settings​
Goal:
- Update Interactive session values.
Steps:
- Open Settings.
- Select or scroll to Interactive session.
- Select the edit icon.
- Update the fields, dropdowns, or toggles.
- Select Save.
Expected result:
- Settings are saved when values are valid.

Tips​

- Review current values before opening the edit dialog.
- Save only after checking all required fields.
- Contact an administrator if the expected edit action is unavailable.
Troubleshooting​
Settings were not saved​
Possible causes
- You selected Cancel.
- One or more values are invalid.
What to do
- Open the edit dialog again.
- Review every field, dropdown, and toggle.
- Correct invalid values.
- Select Save.
