Improve email validation to check domain validity
Starting from version 4.20, we improved email validation to check domain validity.
You can no longer log in using an invalid email. This change enhances security and maintains a high sender reputation for each PowerManage account.
A potential issue arises if you attempt to access the system with an old DSA email from the domain tycomonitor.com, which lacks MX records and a mailbox, rendering it invalid.
Important
Please update your email to a valid one before running the Upgrade/Restore to version 4.20.
If you have already upgraded, you can still change your email through the MMI.
To do this, go to Settings -> Maintenance -> DSA account, or contact Technical Support for assistance.
