View a list of all processes on the Processes page. To view the processes for an individual panel, see Processes tab. Each row represents a single process and each row displays the following information:
• Process start time and duration
• Process creator name
• Panel ID
• Process description
• Current status
• Duration
This information is contained in the column titles: TIMING, USER, PANEL, PROCESS, and STATUS.
Filter your search of the Processes page by selecting one or more filter values from the Search list. From the Search list, select a filter value from one or more of the following keys: PANEL ID, PANEL NAME, TYPE, USER, STATUS, STARTED AT. For more information, see Using the search filter.

Callout | Name | Description |
1 | Check box | Select the check box of one or more processes to enable use of STOP. |
2 | TIMING | Displays the start time, and the total or current runtime of the process. For more information, see Process duration column. |
3 | USER | Displays the initials of the user that initiates the process Note: If a process requires a subsequent task to complete the current process, the username for the subsequent process task is SYSTEM. |
4 | User information | Hovering over the user initials, displays the user’s information. |
5 | PROCESS | A description of the process |
6 | STATUS | A description of the of the process status. A progress bar indicates the process is running and the warning icon indicates that the process stopped. The text after the warning icon indicates the reason the process stopped. |
7 | Cancel process | Click to stop a process that runs You can only stop one process at a time. |
